Breathing Life
Back Into Our
Ecosystems
A 100-acre living sanctuary in Central Florida built around a single thesis: bees are the mortar between every brick. Orchards, wildflowers, microgreens, and AI exist so we can study how pollinators hold ecosystems together β and so the whole sanctuary flourishes while we learn.
See all 100 acres at a glance.
Eight zones, the buildings between them, and the bee foraging radius that ties it all together β explore the farm in a bird's-eye view.
What We're Building
Three pillars that make the Polivitalis Institute unlike anything that exists.
Bees as the Connective Tissue
Every other zone exists so the bees can stitch them together. A single colony forages 2β5 miles, threading pollen between orchards, meadows, and microgreens β and we measure every thread. The bees are the experiment; the rest of the farm is the lab.
AI-Powered Ecosystem Intelligence
60+ IoT sensors, hive-scale monitors, machine vision cameras, and a custom open-source LLM that turns colony behavior and pollinator traffic into the most comprehensive pollination dataset ever assembled.
A 60-Year Generational Plan
From a 100-acre prototype to international Polihubs, to 200-acre research farms in crisis regions, to enclosed biome centers β scaling the same bee-centered experiment across decades and continents.
A Generational Plan
Four phases spanning 60 years β each one building on the last, nothing skipped.
The First Prototype β 100 Acres
A no-kill, rotating educational farm in Central Florida. Orchards, wildflowers, beekeeping, livestock, microgreen huts, AI sensors. Hire a farm manager, section managers, and rotating farmer-educators. Train interns. Accrue 10 years of continuous pollination data. Prove the model.
International Polihubs
Educational pollen assistance centers in areas that need help worldwide. Apply our data to real-world pollination problems. Train farmers, share knowledge, provide resources. Purely educational. Nonprofit.
Microstability Centers β 200 Acres
Purpose-built research farms in drought, cold, or stressed ecosystems. Full sensor networks, research teams, controlled environment zones. Study how pollen works in damaged ecosystems and intervene with data-backed solutions.
The Crown Jewel β Enclosed Biome Centers
Massive enclosed ecosystem centers that completely manage known biomes β Amazon, boreal, coral reef β reproduced perfectly. AI cameras study everything. Free living museums open to everyone. The ultimate expression of decades of pollination science.
An Institution Unlike Any Other
Dive deep into the interlocking systems that make the Polivitalis Institute a groundbreaking model.
"Bees don't see fences. They see flowers.
Build the system they would build for us β and everything else flourishes."
